Whether you want to follow the latest trends or aspire to set them, a little help from “fashion pros” might be of help.
Read what our two stylists, Gabrielle and Kate, believe will be on the rise in 2016.
There are lots of things Gabrielle admires (fashion-wise), and then there are lots of… other things. Like the style of the 1970s, which she believes will keep gaining in popularity next year.
Among the things she is looking forward to are even shorter pants (time for us to make a serious investment in socks), bright colors and, above all, green in all conceivable shades. If you don't believe it, go and take a look into your nearest clothing store. Green really does seem to pop out everywhere!
She also expects tassels to appear, especially on moccasins, loafers, etc. Men's sneakers might even get a platform next year. Not sure if we're excited about that. How about you?
Unlike Gabrielle, Kate expects brown and beige shades to play a major role in men's fashion. We should combine them with blue, grey, khaki, black and white, which is not a big surprise, is it?
Kate also believes that leather will be fashionable, definitely good news for us at Danny P. :)
She adds that if you really want to be an early adopter and follow a new trend before the majority of men even notice it, you should get yourself a onesie.
So, what's your 2016 going to be like? Are you going to stick to your own style, follow the new trends or experiment with setting new ones? Let us know in the comments!
