FAQ

1. How can I track my order?
By default, you will be notified via email with your order confirmation and shipping confirmation. If you don't receive these emails, please contact us. Depending on your selected shipping method, you are able to track your package online. Your tracking number and link (if available) should be included in the shipping confirmation email. Online tracking is available on all orders with FedEx shipping.

2. Do you ship internationally or only within the U.S.?
We offer free worldwide shipping via local post and worldwide FedEx Priority shipping (for an additional fee) with every order. Our distribution centers are located in the U.S. and Europe. Orders placed within these two areas will not face custom fees.

3. How long does it take to ship to my country?
It depends on your location and selected shipping method. Please refer to shipping section for more details.

4. Why is every product unique?
There is no such thing as two full-grain leather products that look exactly alike. Genuine leather is a natural, "living" material, each square inch of your leather wallet, bag, sleeve or any other product has its own unique structure, hue and patina that comes with time.

5. The iPhone case or card slots are quite tight. Should I return it?
Leather is a "living" material, it changes its look, shape and features with time. It stretches out, but never goes back. In other words: if the slots had the exact dimensions of your cards or your iPhone when you receive the product, they will soon loosen. Give it few days after you unpack it, and everything will fit just fine.

6. The leather’s color has been changing slightly over time. Is this a problem?
Not at all. Unlike artificial leather, our genuine leather is a specific, "living" material that changes with time. It is a natural process that gives each leather product the sought after vintage look.

7. Is my product water resistant?
Leather is a natural material that can soak up water, but only to a certain extent. It is definitely not 100% water resistant. Too much water can destroy a leather product as well as its structure, color and quality. We strongly recommend you protect it from rain or any other kind of liquid!

8. How should I take care of my leather product?
Our leather products do not need any special treatment (unlike leather shoes, for example). However, there are certain tips you might want to follow to protect your wallet, bag, sleeve or other Danny P. product. Have a look at them on our blog!

9. Unfortunately it's an unwanted gift. How can I return it?
You may return or exchange your purchase up to 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your product, mail it to one of our distribution centers listed below, and email us at customers@dannypstyle.com with the tracking number and carrier of your return. This will help us speed up the whole process.

10. Do you offer any warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a two-year warranty on every product. Danny P. products are guaranteed to be free of material and workmanship defects for up to two years from date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

Return & Warranty policy

1. 30-day return policy
You may return or exchange your purchase up to 30 days after delivery. After 30 days, we unfortunately won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: Items that are not in their original condition, damaged goods or orders that have parts missing for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

2. Return addresses
To return your product, mail it to one of our distribution centers listed below, and email us at customers@dannypstyle.com with the tracking number and carrier of your return. This will help us speed up the whole process.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the time they are delivered to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email, and we will look into it.

Our leather 

Our handmade Italian leather products come in three different styles. You can choose from matte black with grey stitching, cognac brown with blue stitching or a dark tobacco brown with blue stitching.

We use full-grain leather, which means it has not been sanded, buffed or snuffed (as opposed to top-grain or corrected leather) to remove imperfections or natural marks on the surface of the hide.
